L’annonce d’aujourd’hui, publiée sur le site officiel d’OKEx, est venue confirmer cette tendance.
« OKEx, la plus grande bourse d’actifs numériques au monde en termes de volume de transactions, s’est associée à MSX, la division Digital et Fintech de Malta Stock Exchange Holdings, pour lancer une nouvelle bourse à l’appui de l’initiative « Blockchain Island » de Malte, indique la déclaration.
Le partenariat juridique a été signé sous la forme d’un protocole d’accord (MoU), à La Valette, Malte, le 19 juillet 2018, et les deux parties signataires ont pris l’obligation de créer une coentreprise pour le 3e trimestre 2018.
La nouvelle bourse, baptisée OKMSX, combinera l’expertise d’OKEx en matière d’exploitation d’actifs numériques et de sécurité avec les 26 ans d’expérience de la Malta Stock Exchange en tant que bourse réglementée avec une expérience approfondie de la conformité réglementaire.
Conformément aux tendances récentes, OKMSX développera la plateforme de trading de titrisation de qualité institutionnelle, dont la mise en service est prévue pour le premier trimestre 2019.
« Malte prend la barre de la régulation de la technologie de blockchain et cultive une cryptomonnaie régulée et un épicentre de l’OIC. La gestion des Equity Token Offerings sera confiée à la plate-forme allemande Neufund, qui collaborera étroitement avec le duo dynamique.

L’annonce faite par OKEx le 2 juillet dernier, selon laquelle l’entreprise « accélère son expansion mondiale à Malte en ouvrant un bureau et en recrutant du personnel local et espère terminer le déménagement d’ici la fin du troisième trimestre », s’inscrit désormais dans la suite logique.
« De plus, OKEx est fier de faire partie de la communauté de blockchain maltaise et se réjouit d’être un sponsor clé du Sommet DELTA, l’événement officiel de blockchain et de l’innovation numérique à Malte « , conclut la déclaration officielle.
