Lancé en 2017, Trust Wallet est un portefeuille décentralisé, libre et anonyme qui est très populaire parmi les utilisateurs qui traitent avec l’Ethereum.

Jusqu’à présent, la société n’a fourni aucun détail sur l’opération, y compris le montant payé pour acquérir la société. Toutefois, des sources indiquent que le montant a été payé non seulement en monnaie fiduciaire, mais aussi en jetons BNB et en actions Binance.
Le fondateur de Trust Wallet, Viktor Radchenko, se fait virer à propos de cette acquisition et pense que cela lui donnerait le temps de travailler sur l’application et de l’améliorer encore.

Il a dit : » Ils n’ont pas fait beaucoup de marketing et c’est là que nous pouvons les aider. Ils sont forts techniquement mais n’aiment pas faire du marketing, des RH, etc…. Maintenant qu’ils fusionnent avec nous, ils n’ont plus à se soucier de l’argent. »
La société prévoit apparemment aussi d’inscrire Trust Wallet comme portefeuille par défaut sur sa prochaine plate-forme décentralisée.
Les experts pensent que cette acquisition est une bonne chose qui aidera les deux sociétés puisque Binance avait besoin d’une acquisition pour se développer et Trust Wallet a le potentiel de s’agrandir, surtout avec les cryptomonnaies qui sont encore si chaudes.
Toutefois, ce n’est pas la fin des acquisitions pour Binance, car la société semble envisager d’autres achats à l’avenir.
Le PDG de l’entreprise a déclaré : « Nous recherchons des équipes techniques fortes. L’acquisition sera un élément clé pour continuer à croître et à contribuer à cette industrie. »
Il n’y a pas encore de mot sur les autres sociétés sur lesquelles Binance se penche, mais il semble bien qu’il s’agisse d’un projet d’envergure.
